- Introduce the antagonist | Just like a book, every good story needs a protagonist and antagonist. It's essentially a problem.
- Twitter-friendly headlines | Provides a quick, easy to remember headline that people can easily recite and share
- Sell dreams, not products | Don't describe the product or offering, instead share what about the product will actually change somebody's life

- Rehearse, rehearse and rehearse | Every presentation should be a "theatrical experience"
